I returned to study art as a mature student. After having my girls I realised I really need to do what makes me happy. It really opened me up creativly and allowed me to rediscover part of me I had somehow lost touch with over the years. I am from the UK and live in Lincolnshire. For anyone who hasn't been its very flat. Maybe that's why I'm drawn so much to portraiture and not landscape. I love colour and mark making I enjoy loosing some control with my paintings. I think some of the most interesting things in life happen by chance.
