León Olmo,
After studying drawing and learning first hand from the work of the masters of primitive art and the golden age of Spanish painting in the great museums, Leon Olmo (1948) set out on a magnificent artistic career that has led him to exhibit in the world’s major art galleries. Art critics have remarked on his phenomenal trajectory, in which consistency and a rich and creative imagination have allowed him not only to define his own style, but to create a new way of working in the contemporary history of realist painting in Andalusia. His work can be found in numerous official institutions, banks and private collections both in Spain and abroad.
