Joan Llaverias is a passionate Catalan artist whose works have appeared in awards, exhibitions and collections in Spain and France. His main focus is on the appearance of colors: how they appear in their pure state, how they can be manipulated throughout the artistic process, the life they can acquire as they form images. Llaverias finally composes abstract paintings that explore the limits of the paintings and play with recognizable figures in new ways.
